Management Team

Felix Lluberes founded Position Logic and is the company’s Applications Architect and CEO. Felix has over 14 years of experience in the software development industry, with positions as senior engineer for Books Are Fun, senior consultant at Montgomery Software, software developer consultant for Security Benefit Group, senior professional service consultant and architect for MediaBrains Inc., and Cygnus Track architect, product manager, and sales manager. He has extensive knowledge and experience with full life cycle multi-user client/server development, full life cycle e-commerce/intranet development, relational database design and implementation, and architecting and building scalable reusable frameworks. Felix has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.

Hong Long is Position Logic’s Systems Architect and CTO. Hong has more than 15 years of experience in the technology industry, with positions as vice president of technology at Media Brains and manager, Microsoft certified trainer, and consultant at Quilogy Inc. Hong’s knowledge spans many industries to include location-based solutions, directory advertising, reader service lead management, consulting services and finance. He has an MBA and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Drake University and a PMP from Project Management Institute. Hong is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, and Microsoft Certified System Engineer.

Herman Rivas is Director of Global Sales for Position Logic. He is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana where he earned his Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Loyola University.His sales team is based in Orlando, Florida where they are responsible for serving clients in over 44 countries. Prior to Position Logic, Herman worked for over 6 years at HSBC North America in Consumer Lending Division as a successful sales manager. His specialty included conducting sales training, contract negotiations, and turning around many failing branch operations into profitable high ranking divisional centers. Herman also worked many years in his family's business helping it grow from a small shop into a diversified group of companies. In the spare time, Herman enjoys to spend time with family, fishing, and the Florida beaches. A one word description of Herman: TENACIOUS.

Angelo Biasi is Director of Marketing, responsible for corporate marketing and communications and supporting service provider partners with integrated marketing services. Angelo has owned his own direct marketing agencies over the last eight years and has provided cutting edge marketing services for leading Fortune 1000 companies and institutions. Angelo has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and has taught Marketing at New York University for over five years. He is a regularly published writer.

Jim Wheeler, Business Development, North America, Europe and Caribbean, has sales experience including positions at Eastman Kodak and Wards Natural Science. Jim has also held technical positions at Eastman Kodak and Centex Homes. Mr. Wheeler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Management. Jim is also currently teaching computer technology at Hodges University.

Carlos Rodriguez, Business Development, Latin America, has extensive sales experience including positions as Account Executive for HSBC and JP Morgan Chase with a successful proven sales track record. Carlos also held positions in finance with leading companies in Latin America such as The World Bank, Mattel Inc., and Colgate Palmolive in Columbia. Mr. Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and has received training with International Organizations such as The World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
