Bug Fix: Routing Tab – Viewing & Sending Directions

Issue:

Users were not able to see the Directions pop-up from the Routing Tab. When selecting
the Directions from the Routing tab, no matter which method was used, users would
receive a blank pop-up window. This was occurring within all browsers including
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari.

During this bug, users were still provided with the option to view Directions. Even
though the Directions button appeared to be working, the pop-up window received by the
user, was always blank. In addition to this feature not correctly working, this blank pop-
up window also caused confusion amongst users. Users were under the impression that
the Directions were populating and were losing time waiting for these directions.

Solution:

With this Bug Fix, users will now be able to select the Directions and receive them
without issue. When the Directions are selected off the Routing Tab, a pop-up box will
open with the Directions to the selected device. Also, users will have an option to share
these Directions via e-mail.

From the pop-up box, there will be a ‘Share’ option. By selecting this link, users will be
able to share the directions with an e-mail address they enter. This feature is available in
all instances of viewing Directions and is displayed further in the below screen shots.
