Help and Support Tab
- The following Client Contact Information Fields have been added to the Help and Support Tab in the Client Dashboard Page (see image below).
Benefits to Users
When requesting help or support, final end-users will be required to enter their contact information in the new fields as described above. These new fields will make it much easier for Service Providers to identify clients requesting support; therefore, you should notice a noticeable improvement in your support process.
