Enhancement: Tracking Tab, Search with IMEI

Benefit to Users:
This Enhancement to the Tracking Tab will enable Users to Search for an Item by using the IMEI. Users will now be able to input the IMEI of the Item to Search for, while on the Tracking Tab. Prior to this Release, the Search options available on the Tracking Tab, did not include the option to search by IMEI.

Highlight:
Users will now be able to Search for an Item, while on the Tracking Tab, with the IMEI of the Item. A User will no longer need to match the IMEI of the Item with the Item Name, in order to search. Users will now be able to simply input the IMEI into the Tracking Tab Search and view/find the item. By providing this update, Users will be able to save time & easily access Tracking information by using the IMEI.

Enhancement: Create Landmark on Tracking Tab

Benefit to Users:
This Enhancement to the Creation of Landmarks, within the Tracking Tab, will enable Users additional features & options while creating a Landmark. Prior to this Release, this additional functionality was not available, while creating a Landmark on the Tracking Tab. By providing this Enhancement, Users are now able to fully create & customize a Landmark while on the Tracking Tab.

Highlight:
Users will now be able to select a Map Icon & access the new features while creating a Landmark. Simply follow these steps to utilize the creation of Landmarks on the Tracking Tab:

1. Login to a Client & Select the Tracking Tab
2. Select a Map Icon & the Landmark Tab, within the Pop-Up
3. Select ‘Create a Landmark’ from the Pop-Up
4. From the Pop-Up, you will be able to add:
     a. Name
     b. Image
     c. Buffer
     d. POI Buffer Alert
     e. Address (if an Edit is necessary)
     f. Generate Alerts (optional)
     g. Share Landmark Across All Groups (optional)
5. Once all fields have been completed, click on ‘Save Landmark’ to Save

Enhancement: Add Favicon to Branding

Benefit to Users:
This Enhancement to the Branding of the Platform, will enable the Users to add a Favicon to be displayed within the Tab of the Platform. Prior to this Release, the option to add a Favicon was not part of the standard branding process. By providing this Enhancement, Users will be able to further personalize their Branding and their Platform.

Highlight:
Users are now able to request a Favicon to be added to their Platform Branding. This Favicon can be based off the Logo of the Platform or another Image in which the User would like to use. This Favicon will appear on the Tab of the Users Website, when accessed in a Web Browser. In order to request this Favicon, simply submit a Ticket and your Support Technician will be able to assist with gathering the correct Icon to use and applying the Favicon.

Bug Fix: Incorrect Last Login Date/Time Stamp

Issue:
When logging into a Client and when viewing the Last Login Date/Time Stamp, Users were receiving a past date/time that was incorrect. This caused confusion for the End Users and the information was clearly inaccurate. This issue was only occurring for a limited amount of Users however, it was showing incorrect in two locations – at the Login Area, for Site Admins, and within the Client Level, Tools and Settings option page.

Solution:
Users are now able to view the correct Last Login Date in both the Site Admin Login Area and within the Client Level, Tools and Settings option page. Both Users and End Users are no longer receiving the incorrect Last Login Date/Time Stamp. This has been corrected for all Users to ensure that both the Users experiencing this bug, and the Users not experiencing this bug, will receive the accurate Last Login Date/Time Stamp.
